Company wiki

A structured company wiki built from databases, with folder-style navigation, workflow states, and permission controls

Most wikis start simple and gradually turn into a pile of orphaned pages nobody trusts. This template gives you a foundation that stays organized as it grows.

The setup is two databases: Categories (your top-level groupings - Engineering, HR, Policies, whatever fits your team) and Documents that live inside them. A Smart Folder in the sidebar turns this into familiar folder-tree navigation, with filters that automatically hide drafts and archived content so people only see what's current.

Documents have a proper workflow - Idea → Draft → Review → Published → Archived - and an Owner field that automatically grants editing rights to whoever is assigned, without opening everything up to everyone. You can also cross-link the wiki into other spaces in your Fibery workspace, so the HR space can surface only HR policies without duplicating a thing.

If your content has natural hierarchy (a top-level doc with sub-articles under it), a self-relation on the Document database handles that too.
