Team space sharing

Share an entire team space (e.g. Product Management or Research), along with its data and visualizations. Choose the access level: Creator, Editor, Contributor, or Viewer.

Group permissions

Have a larger workspace and managing access for each person individually seems like a nightmare?

Create custom user groups and share things with the entire teams, roles, or tribes in one go:

• Marketing team → Editors of Marketing team space & Viewers of Product Management space;
• Team Alpha → Editors of Product Management and Engineering team spaces.

Card & doc sharing

Share individual cards (e.g. Marketing Task, Support Ticket, or Feature) when the person has no higher-level access.

Choose if you want to extend the access to all cards linked together with the main one:

• Project → its Tasks and Allocations;
• Feature → its Stories, Bugs, and Dev Tasks;
• Client → its Contacts and Opportunities.

Custom access templates

Set up custom access templates to provide granular access to a set of linked cards:

• when sharing a Task, share Subtasks but not Time Logs;
• when sharing a Product, share not only Features and Marketing Campaigns, but also Stories and Tasks one level deeper.
